SPSU is extremely proud to announce that we are hosting the largest relief camp cum quarantine facility in Rajasthan so far to the migrant workers of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar who have migrated from Ahmedabad and other cities of Gujarat.
The migrants are provided with neat and hygienic stay, healthy food, other essential services and facilities with accommodation provided in 200 rooms shared by 2-3 people each.Two OPD’s work here in morning and afternoon shifts to attend to the medical issues. Also, teams of allopathic and ayurvedic doctors visit every day for two hours to treat and check with minor ailments faced by the migrants. The inmates are provided with 3 meals for the day, yoga session in the morning, recreation session in the evening through various series and programs. Children are even provided with toys and allowed to play in the grounds. A regular check from the education department, ANMs, anganwadi workers, patwaris and policemen is done to make sure that the inmates are comfortable.
